Every item sold by Botanitwist is a unique, one-of-a-kind art piece crafted completely by hand.
Due to the artistic and organic nature of our work, minor variations in texture, color, and structure are to be expected and are a celebrated part of the art. Products will not be refunded or replaced due to these natural artistic variations.
Our pieces are designed as art collectibles and display items. They should be handled with care and are not intended as toys for rough play.

Payment: Custom orders require 100% full payment upfront before design work or material sourcing begins.
Creative Freedom: While we use sketches and initial discussions as guidelines for your custom piece, the final creation follows the natural flow of the crafting process. By ordering, you grant the artist creative liberty to interpret the design.
Review & Adjustments: Upon completion of your custom piece, I will send you photos of the finished work for your review. Minor changes and adjustments can be requested and made during this time, prior to packaging.
Production Timeline: Custom items generally require a production timeline of 1 to 3 weeks before shipment, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

By completing a checkout, you agree to our strict cancellation and refund policies:

Standard Orders: Once placed, standard shop orders canceled prior to shipment are subject to a 50% non-refundable fee to cover processing, listing holding, and administrative costs. Once shipped, standard orders cannot be refunded, returned, or replaced.
Custom Orders: If you choose to cancel a custom order before it ships, 50% of the total purchase price is strictly non-refundable to cover dedicated design time and specialized materials. Once a custom item has shipped, it is entirely ineligible for cancellation or refund.

Carrier Policy: Once an item is safely packaged and handed over to the postal carrier, Botanitwist is no longer responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or transit damage.
Claims: In the rare event that a package is lost or damaged in transit, the buyer is responsible for filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
Domestic Shipping: We currently only ship items within the United States.

All content included on this site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, artistic designs, and unique product concepts, is the exclusive property of Botanitwist and is protected by copyright laws.
