Standard Order Cancellations
Because our pieces are unique, hand-crafted, and one-of-a-kind, we do not accept returns, refunds, or replacements once an item has shipped. If you request to cancel a standard shop order before it enters the fulfillment process, please note that 50% of the total purchase price is strictly non-refundable.
Custom Order Cancellations
Custom commissions require full payment upfront to secure dedicated design time and specialized materials. If you choose to cancel a custom order before it ships, 50% of the total purchase price is strictly non-refundable. Once a custom item has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled and is entirely ineligible for a refund.
Shipping & Liability
Carrier & Transit Policy
Once an item is safely packaged and handed over to the postal carrier, Botanitwist is no longer responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or transit damage. In the rare event that a package is lost or damaged in transit, the buyer must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
