Privacy policy
At Botanitwist, your privacy and security are incredibly important to me.
I want you to feel completely confident when browsing my shop and ordering your custom piece. Below is a clear breakdown of what information is collected, how it is used, and how your data is protected.
1. Information Collected & How It Is Used
I only collect the essential details necessary to collaborate on your custom piece and deliver it to you securely. This includes:
Shipping/Delivery Address: Used exclusively to ship your package through UPS or to facilitate agreed-upon local delivery.
Contact Information: Your preferred method of contact (email, social media, or messaging) so we can communicate seamlessly.
2. What to Expect During the Process
Communication is key to bringing a vision to life! I will use your contact information to keep you updated every step of the way, including:
Discussing design details, pricing, and project estimates.
Sending progress photos and final pictures of your item before and after it is securely packed.
Providing your tracking number as soon as the package is dispatched.
3. Payment Security
To ensure your financial safety, all online transactions are processed securely and exclusively through PayPal.
Because payments are handled externally through their secure, encrypted network, I never see, access, or store your credit card, debit card, or bank account information.
4. Third-Party Services
When you visit my shop, certain information (like cookies or device type) may be automatically collected by the hosting platform storefront. I do not store, sell, or use this data.
5. Your Rights & Data Retention
Updating Your Info: You have the right to update or change any contact or shipping information you have provided at any time before your package is officially dispatched.
Record Keeping: Once your order is complete, the only details kept on file are the secure PayPal transaction record, the shipping history, and the specific artistic details, materials, and registry notes of how your personalized creature was made. These are retained solely for internal business accounting, tax purposes, and to maintain an accurate archive of my original art registry.
My Commitment to You
I value your trust just as much as I value creating unique art for you. I will happily provide my own business contact information so you can reach me whenever you need to.
If you have any questions or concerns about how your information is handled, please don't hesitate to ask
