Custom Order Guidelines & Shop Policies
The Price: Because the price range is quite wide ($45–$200), you won't know the exact cost until you submit your design and size. A final quote will be provided based on the complexity of your request. As a general guide:
Small Creations: Run from $45–$85
Bears: Run from $180–$200
The Pots: If you choose to include a pot, you won't be left completely in the dark! While you can't pre-select a specific style online, I will send you pictures of a few select options to choose from while we are going over your custom design.
Production Time: Custom orders take 1 to 3 weeks to handcraft before they are ready to ship.
Shipping: I currently ship within the United States only.
Payment: Custom slots and production spaces are officially secured only after payment is processed via PayPal.
Refunds/Returns: Because these are completely custom, unique creations, all custom sales are final once work has officially begun.
